Olivier Salad

5 potatoes
3 carrots
4 eggs

1 pound boiled meat
1/2  pound green peas
2-3 pickles 
  1. Boil potatoes and carrots in the skin (it helps to keep vitamins) then cool them down and peel them.
  2. Boil eggs and meat. Chop potatoes carrots eggs meat till pickles into half inches square. Add green peas and salt.
  3. Trust your own taste, everything  must be in proportion. Stir the mayonnaise only for the part of salad you are going to eat. 
  4. Mix the salad and refrigerate for a while. If you want your salad to be tender mix a part of mayonnaise with an equal part of sour cream. 
  5. Bon appetit!

Amish Macaroni Salad

3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 small onion, chopped   
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 small red bell pepper, seeded & chopped
2 tbsp. dill pickle relish
2 cups creamy salad dressing 
3 tbsp. prepared yellow mustard
3/4 cup white sugar
2 1/4 tsp. white vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt

3/4 celery seed
Elbowed macaroni 2 cups


DIRECTIONS: 
1. Bring a pot of slightly salted water to a boil. Add macaroni and cook from 8 to 10 minutes, until tender. Drain and set aside to cool.
2. In a large bowl, stir together the eggs, onions, celery, red pepper and relish. in a small bowl stir together the salad dressing, mustard, white sugar,
vinegar, salt and celery seed. Pour over the vegetables and stir in macaroni, until well blended. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

1/2 cup of olive oil
2 tablespoons (simply organic steak seasoning mix)
Directions
In a large bowl, toss the pasta with the olive oil & seasoning mix serves as a warm or cold side dish.

 Organic Sandwich

Ingredients:

  1. Cheese 1 packet
  2. Butter 1 packet
  3. Chicken Spread 1 jar
  4. Bread 9 pieces

 Recipie:

  1. First clean the cooking area
  2. Then place the cutting board where you wish
  3. Cut 9 slices of bread
  4. After that get some butter and put some on one side of each piece of bread 
  5. Put cheese (sliced or grated) and chicken spread on the other side 
  6. Now put pairs of bread together so that they pile
  7. Finally it is all done!!!Now enjoy!!

Fabulous Fruit Salad

Fabulous Fruit Salad

Ingredients 

1 watermelon 
4 strawberries 
8 grapes
2 bananas 
2 x 15ml spoons orange juice 

Equipment 

Chopping board, table knife, large bowl, a 15ml spoon and 
4 serving bowls. 


Method 

1. Cut the watermelon and separate into pieces
2. Pull the stalks from the strawberries and slice them. 
3. Pull the grapes off the stalks. 
4. Peel the bananas and cut into slices. 
5. Place all the fruit in the bowl and add orange juice. 
6. Mix all the ingredients together. 

Handy hints 

Try using different types of fruit such as chunks of fresh mango or canned pineapple. 
Instead of orange juice try another juice such as apple. 
You could serve your fruit salad in a hollowed out fruit such as 
melon to make it look attractive. 
Serves 4-6

Ingredients:

  1. 2 tomatoes chopped
  2. 1 mango chopped
  3. 1 cup of onions chopped
  4. 1 cup of cucumber grated
  5. 2 cups of yougurt
  6. 1 cup of pomegranate
  7. Salt as required
  8. 1 cup of carrot grated
  9. 2 chillies chopped

Method:

  1. First add chopped carrots
  2. Then add tomatoes, onions, chillies and cucumber. 
  3. Then add salt and mix it
  4. Add yougurt and ginger paste and mix it
  5. Later add pomegranate and mix again
  6. Finally fruit salad is ready to serve

Ingredients:

Ø Bread
Ø Cabbage
Ø Tomato
Ø chicken
Ø salt
Ø black pepper
Ø onions
Ø coriander leaves
Ø Cheese
Ø  Butter
Ø  Ketchup (homemade)

Directions:

Ø Boil the chicken and then fry it.
Ø Then put some salt and black pepper in the chicken.
Ø Then put onions, coriander leaves and butter on the bread.

At last that put the chicken and cheese.

Ingredients

  1. 2/3 cup butter
  2. 4 eggs
  3. 1 carrot (chopped finely)
  4. 1 cucumber (cubes)
  5. 1/2 tomato
  6. 1 tbsp salt
  7. 1/2 tsp fresh black pepper
  8. 12 sandwich breads
  9. 1 cup spinach

Method:

  1. Fist take the eggs and fry them by putting salt and tomato in butter. 
  2. Take two pieces of breads and spread butter on it. 
  3. Then put eggs on the bread, put 1 carrot on it and finally black pepper. 
  4. Your sandwich is ready to eat

Chicken Sandwich Recipie

Chicken Sandwich RECIPE:


INGREDIENTS:

1: First we need some boiled and mashed chicken.
2: Then we need some home-made mayonaise.
3: Then we need some grinded pepper and salt according to your taste.
4: Then we need 6 slices of bread
5: And at last, we will need lettuce leaves.

PREPERATION

1: First put the mashed chicken in a bowl.
2: Then add some grinded pepper and salt and home-made mayonaise
3: Mix it very well.
4: Then spread the prepared mixture on the bread slices
5: Put the lettuce on in the slices.
6: Then cover the lettuce with another slice.
7: Then cut the sides of the sandwich and cut it in triangle style.
8: And at last serve the ketchup and eat well.
